McDVoice Survey Code

In the purchase shopping receipt, you can find the 26-digit code printed at the top or bottom of the receipt.

If you didn’t find any survey code on the receipt, then you need to use the store ID, order ID, date and time of the visit, and order amount to enter the survey.

When you receive a receipt, please always take a picture of the receipt, so that you won’t miss any details.

  • Your minimum age to enter the survey program should be 18 Years and above.
  • You must be a resident of the United States of America & Canada.
  • You should not be an employee of McDonald’s or have any affiliation with the company.
  • You can participate maximum of 5 surveys in a month per store.
Important Requirements Required:
  • You need any mobile or computer with a stable internet connection.
  • You need to have a valid purchase receipt with a survey code or store ID.
  • You must have a good knowledge of English & Spanish.

How to Enter the McDonald’s Survey?

Here is our simple procedure to help you participate in the mcdvoice.com survey:

  • You have to enter the survey code, that is printed on the shopping receipt.
  • Now, please be careful while entering the 26-digit survey code in the respective boxes.
  • In case, you didn’t find the survey code on your receipt:
    • You need to click on the link below the demo receipt that is mentioned: “If you do not have a 26-digit code printed on your receipt, click here.”
  • Do not have a 26-digit code, then you need to fill in all the necessary details such as., store ID, KS ID, order ID, date of visit, time of purchase, and amount spent.
    • Once the details are correct, the survey will be started and will prompt you with several questions regarding your visit to the McDonald’s store.
  • In addition to this, you need to answer all questions in the program and share your feedback and opinions about the food quality, store cleanliness, staff behaviors, promotional offers, and many other related questions.
  • You need to be honest and share your feedback correctly, as these are valuable to the company.
  • Once the survey ends, you might receive a validation code as a reward.
  • We recommend making a note in the purchase receipt so that the validation code can be used to redeem on your next visit to the McDonald’s store.
